Whether you own it or you rent it
Against the risks of : Fire, Lightning, Earthquake, Storm,
Tempest, Flood, Impact of Road Vehicles, Falling Aircraft,
Burglary, Strikes, Riots, Civil Commotion.
The policy includes also the following additional covers :-

Loss of Rent : up to JD3,000/- per year.

Legal Liability : towards third parties and the neighbors
or the owner of the building up to JD10,000/- per year.

Injury : at the premises to the insured, spouse, children
or the maid, resulting in death or permanent total disability up
to JD3,000/- per person (max. 5 persons).
At an annual premium of JD 3 per thousand of the total
value of your property.
If the value of your building exceeds JD. 50000 please ask
for a special quote .
